-I like it, but it doesn't show my default userpic in the topbar, which is something I like. so I was going to add it to the free text, but then I didn't know the HTML to do this. What I want is to have a working userpic, just like in-journal ones, which allows a link to the person's page when clicked and is hover-equipped and all that. I think hannah_sheree has used these before? When you did that list of favorite LJ people in your sidebar?

I really want to do this, any help would be awesooooome!

the part you have in your coding that is

.defaultuserpic {text-align: center; margin:0px; padding:0px; display: none;}

is the one disabling your userpic. see how it says, "display: none;". I'm not sure exactly what you meant by having your userpic do whatever you said, but if you want it to show up, I suggest you put in:

.defaultuserpic {text-align: center; margin:0px; padding:0px; display: pick, left, right, whatever;}

I'm not sure how this coding works, and therefore I'm not familiar with how it'll turn out. But sometimes with topbars default pics are weird. We'll see, switch out the none, and tell me how it goes.....
